For me, that moment was a Stage 3 cancer diagnosis.
When you hear the word cancer, the noise disappears. Titles disappear. Revenue disappears.

During treatment, there were rare moments when I felt completely alive. One of them was behind the wheel of a great car.
Driving was not about speed. It was focus. It was presence. It was silence in a noisy world. For a stretch of road, nothing else existed. That experience changed my perspective. Life is fragile. Time is finite. Experiences matter.
But I also saw something practical: access to extraordinary driving is inefficient. Renting is transactional. Ownership is capital-heavy. Neither builds connection.
Club 500 was born from that realization.
